This is a painting of a Giant Heron. I painted this from a photograph I took at Mosquito Lagoon at Cape Canaveral Wild Life Manage Area near Titusville, FL. In early April 2007. This was at sunset he looks like he was looking for one last meal before retiring for the evening.
