Pastel on Paper - 18"x 24"
I painted this in late 2004 early 2005, after being inspired by my good friend Reginald Vickers from Western NC. He asks me to do a piece on his cousin Brian Vickers pertaining to his historical NASCAR win of the Busch Series Championship, Homestead-Miami Speedway, in 2003. Brian Vickers was only 20 years of age and made NASCAR history, by being the youngest NASCAR driver to win such a race.
